The Securities and Exchange Commission approved the Implementing Rules and Regulations of the REIT. The SEC last May 24, 2010 issued Resolution No. 206 Series of 2010 approving and adopting the Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Real Estate Investment Trust [ REIT ] Act of 2009.
